This whimsical mural was loosely inspired by sights you might see while walking around Edmonds.
Pete Goldlust and Melanie Germond reside in Eugene, Oregon. With Pete’s background in fine arts and Melanie’s in music and graphic arts, the two have worked on 20+ public art commissions (so far!) .
This particular wall proved to be challenging, so the team also employed artists from Urban ArtWorks, a Seattle nonprofit that employs underserved youth for mural projects.
This mural is the third installation from Mural Project Edmonds. It is located in the alleyway on the west facing wall of Edward Jones Investment, at 313 Main St, Edmonds, WA 98020.
