Liz Park is originally from Hershey, Pennsylvania. She has pursued art from an early age, and continued her education by majoring in painting at the Savannah College of Art & Design in Savannah, GA. Upon graduating with a B.F.A. in 2006, she moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where she lived and worked as a horse wrangler on a guest ranch for several years. In Jackson, the roots of her career as a modern western wildlife artist took shape. The surrounding scenery and wildlife she encountered there has continued to be one of the main subjects of her artwork. Her primary medium is acrylic paint on either canvas or varnished wood surfaces, but is also prolific in creating works in watercolor as well as graphite drawings on toned paper. In 2017 she moved to the Pacific Northwest, and now incorporates some of the new creatures and scenery she experiences there into her work. Baugher’s book, The Andrew Wyeth Chronicles, is her third full-length poetry collection which won Tupelo Press’s Dorset Prize. It presents an imaginative narrative of the painter’s creative life, rife with both losses and pleasures. Baugher has written a book-length narrative of ekphrastic poetry in which the character of Andrew Wyeth chronicles his internal musings. Ekphrastic poetry is defined as “the vivid, written descriptions and emotional responses to works of visual art”. Wyeth’s paintings, drawings, and watercolors became portals through which the author could imagine worlds beyond her immediate awareness and in which she could explore linguistic possibilities.

Janée J. Baugher is the author of the only craft book of its kind, The Ekphrastic Writer: Creating Art-Influenced Poetry, Fiction and Nonfiction, and she’s been a featured reader at the Library of Congress. She’s a lecturer, a longtime assistant editor at Boulevard magazine (St. Louis), and lives in Seattle where the Office of Arts & Culture awarded her a 2024-2025 City Artist grant.

Fox + Bottle // Tracey Fox

112 5th Ave S,openTuesday - Saturday 11am - 8pm, Sunday 11am-6pm
SEE ART ALL MONTH DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND ART WALK ON MAY 21ST 5-8PM

Tracey lives and paints in Edmonds, Washington. Her work explores quiet, intimate moments through simplified still life compositions. She is drawn to everyday objects—glass, fruit, bottles—not for their function, but for the way they hold light, color, and mood. In these familiar forms, she looks for something more atmospheric and emotional than literal.

She works with a limited palette and soft, layered brushwork, allowing subtle shifts in color and value to carry the painting. Reflections and edges are often softened or lost, creating a sense of calm and ambiguity. She is especially interested in the tension between control and looseness—where precision gives way to suggestion. Light plays a central role in her process. Rather than describing objects in full detail, Tracey uses light to reveal and obscure, letting certain areas dissolve while others come forward.

Photo HQ // Josh Jordan, Robyn Hartzell, Brandy B, Manuel Gonzalez Solano, Mohammed Aldhowaien

186 Sunset Ave, open Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm, Saturday 10am-4pm
SEE ART ALL MONTH DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND ART WALK ON MAY 21ST 5-8PM

Now in his second year of film photography, Josh Jordan has been exploring the medium by experimenting with a range of film stocks and camera bodies.

Robyn Hartzell is a Seattle-based photographer who specializes in travel photography, having explored and documented over 50 countries with both digital and 35mm film cameras. Her love of photography began in middle school, developing her first rolls of film in her art class’s darkroom, a process she still uses today. All photographs showcased in the gallery are traditionally printed by Robyn in the darkroom on fiber-based paper and captured on a Canon AE-1 with 50mm lens. Robyn’s work reflects a deep appreciation for the beauty of everyday life around the world, captured through the lens of curiosity and adventure.

Brandy B is a photographer and creator based in Bothell, WA. She was first introduced to photography when her dad brought home a used Minolta X-700.  Not immediately trusted with the precious gear, her pursuit of the medium began as an act of defiance and rebellion.  She "borrowed" that Minolta for her entire senior year of high school until she was discovered.  Eventually, her dad gave in and gifted her an old camera of her own, which she used to continue documenting the world around her.  Photography has since become a way for Brandy to understand and interact with the world. Believing that magic exists within the moments between composing and releasing the shutter, she is able to find herself and her voice there.  This collection of photographs was created between 2022 and 2024 after moving to Washington.  Feeling lost in life and her career, she spent all her free time in a trail across from her apartment amongst the ferns, as she impatiently waited for the universe to give her the answers. She no longer lives across from that trail but tries to visit as much as she can.  These days, you will most often find her wandering Bothell or Edmonds solo; sometimes with a group, but always with a camera.

Since the early days of cell phone cameras and the digital camera boom, Manuel Gonzalez Solano found a passion for both gadgets and photography. Rekindling with film photography after almost 20 years, 2025 was a year of learning and discovery with vintage film cameras and a plethora of film types. Manuel primarily captures family moments with his partner, twin sons and daughter, but he also enjoys exploring his community and the beautiful PNW landscapes.

Mohammed Aldhowaien is a Seattle-based film photographer and graduate architecture student whose work explores light, memory, and atmosphere through analog photography. Working primarily with an Olympus OM10 and Pentax Zoom 90 WR, he captures fleeting moments as they unfold, a passing glance, shifting shadows, quiet conversations, and the subtle rhythm of everyday life. Embracing the unpredictability of film, grain, softness, and natural light, his work reflects a commitment to presence. Each frame is discovered rather than staged, preserving the honesty of a moment exactly as it was felt.

She uses a technique called needle felting where each fiber is meticulously felted onto the canvas with a needle, without the use of glue. She uses wool sourced from sheep raised in non-mulesed herds, a controversial surgical practice performed on the sheep, which causes pain and suffering. Maya also offers needle felting workshops through her business Minerva’s Studio.
